Ghastly , long and protracted effort and the bowl is far, far too small. Wish I'd never bought it.

Looking for an Ice Cream maker with detachable bowl at a reasonable price.This unit fits the bill, is easy to use & clean. Must remember to freeze the bowl 24 hrs before required. Best if ingredients are chilled in the fridge before processing. Have had very good results.

It's really easy to use, and takes only 20 mins to produce a litre of yummy ice cream! I've recommended it and also bought one as a gift for a friend. Highly recommend it - but make sure that your freezer drawers are deep enough to accommodate the bowl, which needs to be frozen for 24hrs before each ice-cream production session (it's easier to keep it in the freezer permanently).
Rating: - Brilliant icecream every time
This maker is really simple to use, makes delicious icecream in 20 to 30mins and is easy to clean. You can see the icecream as it is being made so you can stop the machine at your desired consistency or add choc chips, nuts, fruit, marshmallows, choc sauce, whatever you fancy, 2mins before the icecream is ready. Highly recommend Ben & Jerry's icecream recipe book with this product.
