Rating: - Very Poor Handles
As previously described by one reviewer. I found that the top plate became loose after a while and kept falling off when opened. The spring clips are quite weak and of poor quality. But, on the whole it does cook very well and for safty I would like to see a timer cut off because I left my on one day by mistake. Ouch for the electric bill.

found this cheaper when got back some comparisons and had expected a selection of plates instead of just the one, perhaps I ordered the wrong unit. Have used it and was very pleased with the result of lamb chops but did take longer than had stated.
