Fast delivery, even with the free option. Having read the comments about adjusting the tool height I started with doing that - they were a long way out. It really is important to check, but to be fair its hard to miss the warning stickers!
Overall I'm very impressed - time has resulted in a few changes in materials and its not as heavy as the old one but I think that is probably a good thing!

Since buying the Kenwood Chef I have enjoyed making bread and breadbuns again as it has taken the hard work out of kneading the dough by using the dough hook. I have also used the K-beater to make cupcakes and everything has turned out great, I will be buying more attachments for the mixer to maximize it's usage.

The Kenwood Chef works well and we're very happy with it. Adjusting the height of the mixing tools was easy, especially with the free wrench provided. Also comes with a nice Kenwood recipe book. All in all, I think it was good value for money.

Bought for my niece's birthday. The kenwood chef has been around for years thats why there was no hesitation in choice and the price was excellent too!!!!!!!!!!!!

Product easy to use with good instruction manual and recipe book. I've had other equipment which had lots of attachments which I never actually used.
It does take longer than a food processor but for my use as a keen home cook it is completely satisfactory.
