I bought this rice cooker because with just two of us, and a small kitchen, I wanted something compact. The Ainslie Harriott rice cooker is such a boon. After years of gooey, boil in the bag rice, we now get superb moist rice for two, cooked in approx 8 minutes and really yummy. You can also put in stock and for our caribbean friends you can add peas/beans/coconut for that tropical taste.
